1. Agreement to Terms

- Bookkeeping and financial compliance services
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete financial information in a timely manner
- Respond promptly to requests for additional documentation or clarification
- Review all tax returns and documents before signing and submission
- Pay all fees and charges according to the agreed-upon payment terms
4. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information in accordance with professional standards and applicable laws. Client information will not be disclosed to third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law or professional regulations.
5. Fees and Payment
Fees for services are based on the complexity and scope of work required. Payment terms will be clearly communicated before services are rendered. Clients are responsible for payment even if returns result in amounts owed to tax authorities.
6. Limitation of Liability
SB Tax & Compliance LLC will exercise reasonable care and professional judgment in providing services. However, we are not liable for penalties, interest, or additional taxes that may result from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by clients, or from changes in tax laws or IRS interpretations.
7. Document Retention
We retain client records for a period of seven years from the date of service, in accordance with professional standards. After this period, records may be securely destroyed. Clients are responsible for maintaining their own copies of all tax returns and supporting documents.
8. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, clients are responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date. We will provide copies of all client documents in our possession upon request.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
